Cavista Holdings Hosts Annual Leadership Retreat at Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort

Ekiti State, Nigeria – January 20, 2025

Leaders from Cavista Holdings and its subsidiaries—Cavista Technologies, Glocient Hospitality, Agbeyewa Farms, and payZeep (Paymi Solutions) gathered for their annual leadership retreat at the breathtaking Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort and Conference Center in Ekiti State. This three-day event served as a platform to celebrate the remarkable achievements of 2024, reflect on valuable lessons learned, and strategize for even greater success in 2025.

‎The retreat featured a series of engaging guest presentations that inspired innovative thinking and fostered collaboration among the leadership team. Participants took part in team bonding activities designed to strengthen relationships and enhance teamwork across the organization. A highlight of the retreat was a memorable working visit to Agbeyewa Farms, Nigeria’s largest cassava farm, which is on track to become Africa’s largest. This visit provided leaders with firsthand insights into the transformative agricultural practices that are shaping the future of farming in the region.

‎Special commendation was given to Seyi (OSKA) Aiyeleso, who has recently been elevated to Managing Director. His outstanding leadership on the Agbeyewa Farms project has been instrumental in driving its success and positioning it as a leader in sustainable agriculture.

‎The General Manager of Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort and Conference Center, Lanre Balogun, and his dedicated team ensured that every aspect of the retreat was meticulously planned, allowing participants to focus on strategic discussions and relationship building.‎
